Your Role:

• Be the friendly face and first point of contact for guests seeking tyre advice.

• Manage the full tyre lifecycle: quoting, selling, ordering, invoicing, coordinating fitment, and ensuring quality.

• Keep accurate stock records and contribute to a smooth operation in the service department.

• Lend a hand with general service support as needed.

What Makes You Shine:

• Background in customer service or automotive industries (tyre experience is a bonus).

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Comfortable with digital tools and open to learning new systems.
