Service Receptionist

WE’RE HIRING – SERVICE RETENTION (PART TIME)
We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and mature Service Retention Specialist to help keep our customers coming back.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, having meaningful conversations, and making a real impact through follow-up and customer care.
Hours:
Part-time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 3:00pm

About the Role

• Contacting existing customers to book upcoming service appointments
• Following up lapsed and overdue service customers
• Building rapport and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Supporting the Service team to drive retention and results

About You

• Mature, reliable, and confident on the phone
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
• Comfortable having conversations and asking for the booking
• Organised, resilient, and motivated by results
• Customer service, sales, or retention experience highly regarded
