To support this standard, we are creating a new leadership role focused on mentoring and managing our front-of-house Service team.

This position is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to lead from the counter, drive performance, and play a key role in shaping customer experience across the service department.

 

We are seeking a proven leader to directly manage and mentor our Service Advising team.

This front-of-house role is critical to maintaining operational flow, delivering a premium customer experience, and driving key revenue areas like tyre sales.

This is not just a support role — it's a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to coach, train, and lead from the front.

 

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Directly Manage Our Service Advising Team: Provide daily leadership, support, and coaching to advisors to ensure outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Be the Front-of-House Anchor: Work at the service counter, stepping in to assist your team with customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth communication with the workshop.
  • Own Tyre Sales Performance: Take charge of tyre sales, including training advisors to increase their confidence and conversion in this high-margin product category.
  • Support Regional Growth: Be prepared to assist in onboarding and training a new service advisor in our Gove location, once the role is filled.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong leadership and people management skills — ideally with prior experience leading a service team in an automotive dealership.
  • A confident, approachable front-of-house presence that sets the tone for customer interactions.
  • A natural coach who enjoys upskilling others and building a strong team culture.
  • Sound understanding of service operations, job flow, and the importance of communication between front of house and workshop control.
  • Experience in tyre sales is a strong advantage.
