Pre Delivery Coordinator

Bridge Toyota is looking for an organised, hands-on Pre-Delivery Controller to keep our vehicles, workflow and team moving.

You’ll coordinate our Pre-Delivery workshop and detailing areas, ensuring every new and used vehicle is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard—ready for the Sales team and our customers.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate daily workshop and detailing workflow

• Allocate and prioritise work to meet delivery deadlines

• Lead, support and motivate technicians and detailing staff

• Monitor productivity, quality and work in progress

• Maintain accurate job cards, invoicing and records

• Work closely with Sales, Service and external providers

• Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards

• Help create a positive, professional and productive team culture

What you’ll bring

• Strong automotive knowledge and technical aptitude

• Excellent organisation and time-management skills

• Confidence managing people and competing priorities

• Experience using dealer management systems

• A proactive, safety-focused approach

• A full NT manual driver licence—LR preferred

• Pride in delivering quality work, every time
