New Vehicle Sales Consultant

Bridge Toyota is looking for an energetic, motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Specialist to join our Darwin team.
Automotive sales experience is preferred; however, we will also consider an outstanding salesperson from another industry who has the right attitude, drive and ability to build strong customer relationships.

The Opportunity
As a Vehicle Specialist, you will:

• Help customers find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and needs.
• Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage enquiries and consistently follow up prospective customers.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Prepare and present vehicle proposals.
• Work toward individual and dealership sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Develop repeat and referral business.
• Work closely with our Finance, Insurance, Carcare and Delivery teams.
• Represent Bridge Toyota professionally at all times.

About You
We are looking for someone who:

• Ideally has previous automotive sales experience.
• Is confident, motivated and results-driven.
• Has excellent communication and people skills.
• Enjoys building relationships and helping customers.
• Is organised and follows through on commitments.
• Can work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Has strong computer and administrative skills.
• Holds a current driver’s licence.
• Is available to work Saturdays as part of the normal roster.
