The Role

As our Customer Experience Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our customer journey.

From warm welcomes to thoughtful follow-ups, your mission will be to create positive, memorable experiences that reflect the very best of Bridge Toyota.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for our valued customers
• Coordinate service appointments and ensure smooth communication
• Support the sales and service teams with daily customer needs
• Handle enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and care
• Deliver “Oh What a Feeling!” experiences at every opportunity
