About the Role

As the Retail Sales Manager, you’ll be at the helm of the day-to-day operations across our retail showroom. Your mission will be to lead, coach, and empower your team to deliver industry-leading customer experiences while meeting sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the retail sales team with energy, focus, and accountability
• Drive high performance through coaching, mentoring, and clear KPIs
• Ensure seamless customer journey from enquiry to delivery
• Oversee stock control, display standards, and presentation of the showroom
• Implement sales strategies that maximise profitability and customer retention
• Collaborate with senior management across departments including Service, Parts, and Finance
• Report on sales metrics and business outcomes

About You

We’re looking for a proven leader with:

• A minimum of 3 years in automotive or retail sales management
• A track record of team leadership and driving performance
• Strong knowledge of customer service standards and compliance
• Commercial acumen and understanding of profit/loss drivers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
