Reporting to the Service Manager, this is a key leadership role within our workshop, ensuring smooth daily operations and strong communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow between the service advisors and technicians
• Ensure all work is completed, checked and signed off before vehicles leave the workshop
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Assist in driving workshop efficiency, quality and productivity

About You

• Qualified Automotive Technician (Mechanical Trade essential)
• Current Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead from the front
• Solid technical knowledge and diagnostic ability
• Reliable, organised and solutions-focused
• Able to prioritise, meet deadlines and perform under pressure
