Parts Interpreter

Adrian Brien Automotive is part of Australia's largest and most dynamic automotive retailer, Eagers Automotive, employing over 8,000 team members across Australia and New Zealand. Our parts department specialises in Ford, Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, BYD and Renault parts.

Adrian Brien are looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our team.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, your key duties will include:

·       Answering customer phone calls and interpreting parts - Internal and External

·       Attending to customers efficiently and courteously

·       Providing quotes for repair enquiries

·       Assigning parts to job orders

About you:

·       Valid Australian Licence (Experience in driving a manual vehicle desired)

·       Honest and reliable, with a 'can do attitude'

·       Ability to solve problems and prioritise work flow

·       Meets deadlines and remains calm under pressure

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Ability to lead and work well within a small team

·       A passion for the automotive industry
