Vehicle Sales Consultant

An exciting opportunity is available to join our team representing two world-class automotive brands — CUPRA and McLaren. We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant or Sales Trainee who is passionate about performance vehicles, premium customer experiences, and career growth in automotive sales.

About the Role

You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional showroom experience, guiding customers through their vehicle journey while upholding the premium standards of CUPRA and McLaren.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with luxury brand expectations
• Engage customers through professional communication and needs-based selling
• Present vehicles, features, and technology with confidence and enthusiasm
• Assist with test drives, enquiries, follow-ups, and vehicle deliveries
• Support the sales process from initial contact through to handover
• Maintain showroom and vehicle presentation to a high standard
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing sales team

About You

• Passion for automotive brands, performance vehicles, and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop sales skills (training provided for trainees)
• Ability to work weekends and within a team environment
• Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
