Vehicle Sales Consultant

About the role:

Eagers Automotive (AHG) currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our vehicle sales team at Mercedes-Benz Perth in Bentley.  

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high quality service, whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.

In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to:

• Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
• Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
• Build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Listen, understand and be responsive to customers’ needs
• Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step

Monday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Wednesday: 8:30am – 8:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am - 1:00pm

About you:

If you are a highly motivated and driven individual with exceptional customer service and a desire to help customers find that car they are looking for - we want to hear from you!

Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded. However, individuals that are passionate salespeople or those who have a customer service background are more than welcome to apply.

You will ideally possess:

• Prior automotive sales experience (desirable but not essential)
• Must be motivated and driven with a passion for sales
• Proven track record of meeting KPI’s and sales targets
• Must have or be willing to obtain a vehicle sales licence
• Ability to perform in high pressure environments
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Valid Australian working rights and driver’s licence
