Receptionist

About the Role

We’re looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join the team at Mercedes-Benz Perth. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important role in representing our brand and creating a positive experience from the moment someone walks through the door or calls the dealership.
This full-time role sits within our New Car Sales department and reports to the Sales Manager.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting guests and directing them to the appropriate department
• Answering and directing incoming calls in a polite and timely manner
• Managing meeting room bookings and dealership calendars
• Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable
• Supporting the sales team with basic administrative tasks when required

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role
• Confident communicator with a warm, professional phone manner
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning dealership systems
• Well-presented, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities
