Duties will include:

  • Maximising productivity though vehicle stock control maintenance
  • Delivering exceptional customer experience either face to face or on the phone
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Developing your knowledge of our brand, and process's
  • Ensuring the administrative operations are completed accurately
  • Meeting KPIs in a timely fashion
  • Working closely with the Sales and Delivery teams to ensure efficient and seamless service
  • Licensing of new vehicles
  • Greet guests on arrival and assist with enquiries
  • Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department
  • Support the team with administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with guests
  • Manage the reception area to ensure a professional appearance at all times

 

Ideally you will possess:

  • Have a can-do attitude as no one day is the same!
  • Strong numerical skills essential
  • Ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships with customers
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while liaising with a variety of departments
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Work well in a busy environment and be driven by results
  • Willingness to learn and develop
