Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with customers in the showroom and online
• Must be the TOTAL salesperson; selling not just the vehicle, but the full range of solutions: Toyota Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Car care.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently
• Follow up leads and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but sales experience is essential
• A strong desire to succeed and exceed performance goals
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• A current Australian driver’s licence is essential
