Used Vehicle Assistant Manager

South Morang Toyota is seeking an experienced and driven Used Vehicle Salesperson to join our high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for an automotive sales professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving strong sales results within a supportive and successful dealership environment.

Working within our used vehicle Manager, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the team while representing one of Australia’s most trusted automotive brands.

What you will be doing:

• Actively sell used vehicles and assist customers throughout the entire sales process
• Manage customer enquiries, leads, and follow-up to maximise conversion opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to suit their needs and budget
• Work closely with Finance Managers to maximise every sales opportunity
• Maintain high standards of vehicle & Yard presentation and yard

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets including finance and car care products

What you need:

• Previous automotive sales experience is essential New or used.
• Strong understanding of the vehicle sales process
• Proven ability to build rapport and close sales opportunities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a drive to succeed
• Current driver's licence and Australian working rights
