Service Receptionist

South Morang Toyota are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join the team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of our busy Service Department.

Working closely with the Service Manager, Service Advisors, and wider dealership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing enquiries, and ensuring the smooth flow of service administration activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing incoming phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Scheduling and confirming service appointments
• Assisting with customer check-in and check-out processes
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
• Processing service invoices and payments
• Coordinating courtesy vehicles and customer transport requirements
• Supporting the Service Advisors and Service Department with administrative tasks
• Ensuring reception and customer lounge areas are presented to a high standard

About You

• Previous experience in a reception, administration, or customer service role
• Automotive industry experience highly regarded but not essential
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
