Service Receptionist

South Morang Toyota is excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our award-winning Service Department, working alongside Australia’s #1 automotive manufacturer, Toyota! 
As the first point of contact for our guests you will have a passion for customer service.

Primary responsibilities will include

• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Assisting to coordinate service bookings
• Various admin tasks

To be successful you will possess:

• A professional telephone manner & presentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong administrative background/knowledge
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy, multi-task workload
• Be computer savvy
