About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑focused Office Administrator & Stock Control professional to support our dealership operations. This role combines office administration, vehicle stock control support, and front desk reception, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and organisation.
You’ll play an important behind‑the‑scenes role ensuring accurate records, smooth stock processes, and a welcoming first point of contact for customers and staff.
 
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Stock Control

• Report to and work closely with our Senior Stock controller
• Assist with vehicle stock administration, movements, and record accuracy
• Register vehicles that are ready for delivery
• Perform data entry and system updates across dealership platforms
• Support sales, service, PD, and admin teams
• Ensure compliance with dealership procedures and manufacturer requirements

 
Reception & Front Office Support

• Greet customers and visitors professionally
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

 
About You

• Previous experience in office administration, dealership admin, or stock control preferred
• Automotive dealership experience highly regarded, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident using computer systems – training to be provided on our dealership systems
• Friendly, professional manner with strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
