Service Receptionist

Melbourne City Hyundai is seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our aftersales team. This role is the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the service department, playing a key part in delivering a professional and welcoming experience.

Working in a fast-paced dealership environment, you will support the service team with front-of-house responsibilities, customer communication, and administration. What you will be doing:

• Greet customers and manage front-of-house service enquiries
• Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently to correct departments
• Act as the first point of contact for all service customers
• Schedule bookings and assist with service coordination
• Support Service Department and New Vehicale Sales Consultants with administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Ensure the reception area is professional and welcoming
• Deliver a positive and engaging customer experience at every interaction

What you need:

• Previous customer service, reception, or administration experience
• Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner
• Friendly, professional, and high-energy approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confident computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• A team-focused attitude with willingness to support the wider service department
