Business Manager

Melbourne City Hyundai is seeking an experienced and driven Business Manager to join our high-performing dealership team. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales process, delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Working closely with the sales team, you will manage the finance journey from deal structuring through to settlement, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving strong results.

What you will be doing:

• Present and sell finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers
• Support the sales team to maximise every opportunity within the sales process
• Structure and submit finance applications in line with lender requirements
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and compliantly
• Manage deal flow, settlements, and reporting processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and internal teams
• Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience from sale to settlement

What you need:

• Previous experience as a Business Manager or in automotive finance and insurance
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach
• Solid understanding of finance compliance and lending requirements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights
