About the Role

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Warranty Administrator to support our aftersales operations across three busy BYD dealerships. Based at our Mt Gravatt hub, you will play a key role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and in line with manufacturer requirements while supporting the wider service teams across BYD Mt Gravatt, Springwood and Capalaba.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing warranty claims in line with BYD policies
• Reviewing repair orders for accuracy and completeness
• Liaising with service advisors and technicians across all three dealerships
• Submitting and following up on warranty claims
• Reconciling payments and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with audits and compliance requirements

About You

You thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and efficiency.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in automotive administration or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience with dealer management systems is highly regarded
• Warranty administration experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
