About the Role

As a Customer Aftersales Consultant, you’ll be the key link between our customers and our workshop team. Your role is all about delivering outstanding service, building trust, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling confident and supported.

You will be responsible for:

• Customer Support — Greeting customers, identifying service needs, and guiding them through the process

• Service Coordination — Communicating with technicians and parts teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Job Estimation — Preparing accurate repair orders, quotes, and authorisations

• Upsell Opportunities — Recommending maintenance and service options that improve safety and performance

• Customer Communication — Providing updates and ensuring a seamless service experience

What You’ll Bring
