About the Role
We’re looking for someone with a background in customer service who’s ready to try something new. If you’ve worked in cafés, restaurants, retail, or fast food — you’ve already got what it takes. We’ll teach you the rest.
As a Trainee Service Advisor, you’ll:
- Welcome customers and manage service bookings
- Provide updates throughout the day
- Arrange courtesy vehicles
- Liaise with technicians about repair timelines
- Explain service work and costs to guests
- Help resolve customer issues with care and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar fast-paced industry
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Friendly, organised, and quick to learn
- Manual driver’s licence (or willing to get one soon)
- Someone who enjoys working in a team and staying busy
