Service Advisor

We are currently seeking self-motivated professional, as a Trainee Service Advisor, to join our team at Automall West Group, Indooroopilly.

The main duties of the Trainee Service Advisor role include:

• Meeting and greeting customers
• Taking enquires and service bookings
• Keeping customers up to date with vehicle progress
• Organising courtesy cars
• Liaising with the Workshop Controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
• Gaining authorisation for extra work
• Writing up repair orders
• Estimating for the customer the cost and time needed to complete a job
• Helping to bring in new business through the provision of superior service to existing customers
• Handling customer complaints

 
The successful person will:

• Have experience working in a prestige service department
• Appreciate high expectations of prestige vehicle owners
• Have excellent personal presentation and superior customer service skills
• Be highly organised with efficient work practices 
• Be willing to learn and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
• A valid driver's licence including manual transmission
