Spare Parts Interpreter
📍 Location: Salisbury Park
🕒 Full-time | Monday to Friday with minimal weekend commitment
Reports to: Operations Manager

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter / store person who is driven, passionate, loyal, confident and organized with a customer centric attitude and self-motivated individual.

This full-time position offers flexible working hours and minimal weekend commitment.

Key responsibilities 

• Liaise with technicians, customers, and suppliers to identify parts requirements.
• Identify the make, model, and variant of vehicles and equipment to accurately source parts.
• Source, quote, and order parts while ensuring competitive pricing and availability.
• Process parts sales, payments, credits.
• Help manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch parts for workshop, wholesale, and retail customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical parts advice.
• Maintain knowledge of manufacturer parts catalogues and systems.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• someone with knowledge of automotive parts.

• Someone with a strong eye for detail.

• Clear Communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Dealership experience preferred but not required.
