Parts Interpreter

Automall Salisbury is part of Australia's largest and most dynamic automotive retailer, Eagers Automotive, employing over 8,000 team members across Australia and New Zealand. Our parts department specialises in MG, Kia,Suzuki, LDV, Ram,BYD, we are looking for an experienced parts person

Reporting to the Parts Manager, your key duties will include;

• Answering customer phone calls and interpreting parts – Internal and External
• Attending to customers efficiently and courteously
• Providing quotes for repair enquiries and customers
• Assigning parts to job orders
• Liaising with warehouse staff

About you;

• Valid Australian Licence (be able to drive manual) 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to lead and work well within a small team 
• A passion for the automotive industry
• Honesty and reliability with a 'can do attitude'
• Ability to solve problems, 
• Prioritise work tasks, 
• Meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
