We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused After Sales & Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team on a 12-month maternity leave contract, with future opportunities within the business for the right candidate.

About the Role
As the After Sales & Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience for our customers.
Working closely with the sales and delivery teams, you will present and coordinate our premium vehicle protection and enhancement products, while ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and exciting vehicle handover experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and prepare product solutions tailored to customer needs 
• Coordinate seamless vehicle deliveries and customer handovers 
• Prepare delivery documentation and warranty administration 
• Manage reporting and general administrative duties 
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership targets 
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the ownership journey 
• Promote and manage vehicle protection products with confidence and professionalism 
• Maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing training programs
