About the Role

 

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated automotive professional to take ownership of a key leadership position within our dealership.
As Parts Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong commercial performance, and effective inventory management. You will work closely with the Service and Sales teams while mentoring and developing your parts team to achieve outstanding results.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing the Parts Department team
  • Managing inventory, stock control and procurement activities
  • Driving parts sales across retail, wholesale and workshop channels
  • Monitoring department performance against sales and profitability targets
  • Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring accurate inventory management and stock integrity
  • Maintaining compliance with Toyota standards and dealership processes
  • Supporting workshop productivity through effective parts supply management

 

 

About You

 

To succeed in this role, you'll be an experienced automotive parts professional with strong commercial acumen and leadership capability.


You will bring:

  • Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Interpreter
  • A strong understanding of automotive parts operations and inventory management
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong financial awareness and the ability to manage departmental performance
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience within a dealership environment
