Warranty Administrator

About the role: 

Rockingham Mitsubishi and Kia (part of Eagers Automotive) are looking for a highly motivated Warranty Administrator with exceptional organisational skills to join our busy team.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is integral to the administrative support of the Service Department.

It is the role of the Warranty Administrator to process all documentation relating to the service of customer vehicles whilst within warranty period. It’s imperative that the Warranty Administrator maintains clear records and a focus on great customer service as well as addressing any warranty issues in a timely manner.

Tasks involved in this role will include:

• Compile and complete warranty claims following guidelines set by the manufacturer

• Keep valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted
• Maintain warranty storage of return parts and return all parts requested
• Submit transport and hidden damage claims

• Complete costing of repair orders and assist in other department costing duties, as required by management.

About you:

You will ideally possess:

• Experience within costing in automotive industry (highly regarded but not essential)
• Experience with ERA software (highly regarded but not essential)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
• Valid manual driver’s licence
