The role

As a Used Vehicle Consultant, you will guide customers through a smooth and professional vehicle purchasing experience from first enquiry to delivery.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing showroom and online enquiries
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable new vehicles
• Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
• Confidently negotiating and closing sales
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow‑up activity
• Building long‑term customer relationships through outstanding service

What we’re looking for

• Experience in automotive sales or a strong background in retail or customer‑focused sales
• A motivated, results‑driven mindset with a desire to earn commission
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Current manual driver’s licence
• Availability to work weekends on a rotating roster
