Service Receptionist

About the Role
We are seeking a professional and friendly Service Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will handle inbound calls and walk-ins, schedule service bookings, coordinate courtesy vehicles, and support the Service Advisors and Workshop Controller to keep the day running smoothly. This is a front-of-house role suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, clear communication, and great customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage the service reception desk, and answer phones
• Create and confirm service bookings, update customer details
• Assist with loan cars, transport, and handover coordination
• Prepare job folders, filing, and basic invoicing support
• Monitor the reception inbox and respond to enquiries promptly
• Maintain a tidy, professional reception area and waiting lounge
• Work closely with Service, Parts, and Workshop teams to resolve issues quickly

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or admin
• Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
• Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, and basic MS Office skills
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and stay calm under pressure
• Automotive or dealership experience is valued, not essential
• Current Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence
