About the role:

Eagers Automotive is currently seeking a highly talented 2IC or a Senior Service Advisor that is looking to take the next step up, to lead our busy Service department at Challenger Ford in Rockingham as the Service Manager

Reporting directly to a Group Service Manager, this role will be responsible for providing the best possible service to customers while simultaneously maintaining an efficient and profitable operation of the Service Department. This will include booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations.

Duties include:

• Engaging with customers and staff to deliver an outstanding experience.
• Efficient and profitable operation of the service department.
• Building relationships with all key stake holders of the business.
• Ensuring a safe work environment exists and is maintained following best practices.
• Ultimately satisfying all customers while maintaining department profitability.

About you:

This role is aimed at someone who is currently in an assistant service manager type role who is looking for the next step. Direct support will be provided to help you succeed in the role from an experienced Group service manager.
