Service Advisor

About the role:

Rockingham Mitsubishi and Kia (part of Eagers Automotive) are currently looking for a highly motivated and passionate Service Advisor to join our team.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership’s service department.

This includes the following:

• Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service
• Up-selling additional service work
• Ensuring all customer requirements are met
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Delivery quality customer service

About you:

If you are someone that takes pride in their customer service skills, values reliability and efficiency with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, then we are looking for you!

You will ideally possess:

• Experience within a Service Advisor role/ dealership environment (highly regarded but not essential)
• Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Operate with a high level of Integrity
• Superb interpersonal skills
