Fleet Vehicle Sales Consultant

About the Role
Eagers Automotive is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Fleet Vehicle Sales Consultant to manage our fleet sales across Hyundai, Ford & Mitsubishi brands in Rockingham. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term business relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping organisations find the right fleet solutions to meet their operational needs.
As a Fleet Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will work with businesses, government departments, and commercial customers, guiding them through the fleet purchasing process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery. You'll build strong partnerships, provide tailored recommendations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets and growing the fleet customer portfolio.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing fleet customers
• Identify business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fleet vehicle solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and fleet vehicle presentations
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to delivery
• Provide advice on finance, leasing, warranties, and fleet management solutions
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer records and consistently follow up on opportunities
• Work towards achieving fleet sales targets and key performance indicators

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in automotive sales, fleet sales, business development, account management, or a customer-facing sales role
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to generating new business
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Experience within automotive, finance, leasing, or fleet management industries will be highly regarded
• Current driver's licence and Australian working rights
