Finance and Insurance Consultant

About the Role

Rockingham Ford is looking for a driven, customer-focused Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. This full-time, guest-facing role plays a key part in the vehicle buying journey, helping customers secure finance and insurance solutions that suit their needs and budget.

Working closely with the sales team, this opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, guiding customers through their options, and contributing to a smooth, professional handover experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What you will be doing:

· Present finance and insurance products in a clear, easy-to-understand way

· Structure finance packages that meet customer needs and affordability

· Ensure all finance and insurance processes meet regulatory and company requirements

· Build strong relationships with guests throughout the purchase process

· Support a seamless handover from sales to delivery

· Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience

· Open to entry-level applicants with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn, full training provided

· Background in sales, finance, or lending would be beneficial but is not required

· Strong attention to detail and understanding of compliance obligations

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Current driver’s licence and ability to gain required accreditations

· Australian working rights
