Our Springwood BYD Showroom is expanding, and we’re looking for a professional, energetic, and customer‑focused Showroom Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests.

About the Role

As the Showroom Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of BYD Springwood. You’ll greet customers, manage enquiries, support the sales team, and ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, maintain a polished and professional demeanour, and enjoy engaging with customers while keeping the showroom running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers to the showroom and create a positive first impression
• Manage the front desk, answer calls, and direct enquiries to the relevant team members
• Assist customers with check‑in for test drives and sales appointments
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional showroom environment
• Support the sales team with light administrative tasks, appointment coordination, and customer follow‑ups
• Ensure all visitors receive efficient and friendly service at all times
• Uphold the BYD and Eagers Automotive values in every interaction

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Professional, confident, and customer‑focused
• Warm and engaging with excellent communication skills
• Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
• Well‑presented with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and phone/email communication
• Positive, proactive, and a team player

Prior reception or automotive experience is beneficial but not essential.
