The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will assist customers throughout their BYD journey—from first enquiry to vehicle delivery—while contributing to dealership growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers both in‑store and online
• Demonstrate BYD vehicles and explain EV technology and benefits
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including enquiries, test drives, negotiations, and handovers
• Maintain CRM records and follow up leads professionally
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance
• Deliver a high standard of customer service
• Work collaboratively within the dealership team

About You
Experienced Candidates:

• Previous automotive or high‑value retail sales experience
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills

Trainee Candidates:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales, hospitality, or retail experience highly regarded
