We are looking for a dedicated, professional, and friendly Customer Relations Consultant to join our team and help us deliver outstanding experiences to our valued customers.

About the Role
In this dynamic position, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey—providing warm, engaging service and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for customers inbound bookings
- Professionally conduct outbound service reminder and lapsed customer contacts
- Delivering exceptional customer service across service touchpoints
- Building and nurturing strong customer–business relationships
- Coordinating appointments and ensuring smooth communication between departments
- Gathering and recording customer experience feedback
- Conducting follow-ups with care, accuracy, and professionalism

- Previous customer service experience is advantageous, but your energy, attitude, and commitment matter most
