What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a sales Manager role within the automotive industry or assistant Manager
  • A current South Australian Vehicle Sales License (mandatory)
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Confidence in managing online enquiries and digital sales leads
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to manage and grow high-volume sales operations

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the General Manager
  • Drive the success of the sales team
  • Manage leads and customer relationships across digital and traditional platforms
  • Achieve dealership KPIs and sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships with customers in the region
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth operations
