What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales Manager role within the automotive industry or assistant Manager
- A current South Australian Vehicle Sales License (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Confidence in managing online enquiries and digital sales leads
- High energy, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude
- Ability to manage and grow high-volume sales operations
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the General Manager
- Drive the success of the sales team
- Manage leads and customer relationships across digital and traditional platforms
- Achieve dealership KPIs and sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with customers in the region
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth operations
