What You’ll Be Doing

· Delivering a modern, customer-first buying experience aligned with the Hyundai brand
· Managing enquiries, showroom traffic, and digital leads with speed and professionalism
· Demonstrating Hyundai’s innovative technology and vehicle features
· Achieving and exceeding dealership KPIs and sales targets
· Building long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business
· Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

What We’re Looking For

· High energy, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude
· A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
· Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills
· Confidence managing online enquiries and digital sales leads
· Ability to manage and grow high-volume sales performance
· A commitment to continuous improvement—striving to be 1% better every day
· Sales experience preferred (but not essential)
· Current South Australian Vehicle Sales License (mandatory)
