New Vehicle Sales Consultant

With an exciting new site opening and brand expansion underway, Norris Motor Group Redcliffe is growing rapidly. As a result, we have multiple Sales Consultant opportunities available across both New and Pre‑Owned vehicle sales, making this an ideal time to join the team and grow with the business.

About the Role

Norris Motor Group Redcliffe are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our expanding sales team.

These opportunities are available across New and Pre‑Owned vehicle sales, offering variety, strong enquiry flow, and clear career progression.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving strong sales results in a fast‑paced, growing dealership environment.

You will guide customers through the full purchasing journey, working closely with Finance and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth and professional experience from enquiry through to handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Present and demonstrate a range of new and/ or pre‑owned vehicles
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records and consistent follow‑up
• Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience

• Previous sales experience, ideally within automotive or retail environments, highly regarded
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term customer relationships
• Self‑motivated with a positive and professional approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills
• Current driver’s licence
