Detailer

Norris Motor Group Redcliffe is seeking a motivated and reliable Pre Delivery Detailer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with vehicles, and is committed to delivering a premium customer experience.

About the Role

As a Pre Delivery Detailer, you will play a key role in ensuring all new and used vehicles are presented and prepared to the highest dealership standards prior to customer delivery. Your responsibilities will include both vehicle detailing and pre-delivery inspections to ensure every vehicle is ready for handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-delivery mechanical inspections in accordance with dealership procedures
• Wash, polish, and detail vehicles to a high standard
• Clean and condition vehicle interiors, including vacuuming and upholstery care
• Apply paint protection and other vehicle care treatments
• Prepare vehicles for showroom display and customer deliveries
• Identify and report any cosmetic or mechanical concerns prior to delivery
• Complete final quality checks to ensure presentation and operational excellence
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

About You

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Positive attitude with a reliable and proactive work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Current Australian driver's licence (manual licence preferred)
• Basic mechanical knowledge and an interest in automotive vehicles
• Previous experience in vehicle detailing, pre-delivery, or automotive service roles is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to follow processes and maintain high standards of vehicle presentation
