Car Care Consultant

About the Role

Norris Motor Group Redcliffe are seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused Car Care Consultant to join our sales support team across a multi‑brand operation representing Mitsubishi, MG, Suzuki, and pre‑owned vehicles.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and the Sales Team to present vehicle protection and aftercare products that enhance the ownership experience across both new and pre‑owned vehicle deliveries.

This position suits someone with strong communication skills who enjoys building rapport, explaining product benefits clearly, and contributing to a smooth and positive vehicle handover experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Present car care, protection, and aftercare products to customers
• Explain product features and benefits in a clear and engaging way
• Support the new and pre‑owned vehicle delivery process with professional product presentations
• Maintain accurate documentation and sales records
• Work collaboratively with New and Pre‑Owned Vehicle Sales, and Finance teams
• Ensure a seamless and positive customer ownership experience

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or an automotive environment highly regarded
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• High attention to detail and professional approach
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• Current driver’s licence
