NMG Redcliffe is a trusted and growing dealership known for delivering exceptional vehicles and customer service. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Accessories Fitter to join our workshop team.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for fitting a wide range of genuine and aftermarket accessories to new and used vehicles. You’ll work closely with our workshop and sales teams to ensure vehicles are delivered to customers in top condition and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of automotive accessories including:
  • Tow bars, nudge bars, and bull bars
  • Roof racks and trays
  • Reversing cameras, dash cams, and sensors
  • Lighting (driving lights, light bars)
  • Sidesteps and protective gear
• Pre-delivery vehicle accessory fit-outs
• Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines and delivery schedules

About You

• Previous experience as an Accessories Fitter or Automotive Technician (highly regarded)
• Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow installation instructions
• Strong time management skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Current manual driver’s licence
