Warranty Administrator

We are currently seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our BYD centralised warranty department based at Hoxton Park

We’re looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator with excellent attention to detail who is willing to go the extra mile to join our BYD centralised warranty department.

Your responsibilities will include keeping all our warranty claims records up to scratch, submitting prior work approvals and claims across all Five of our BYD service operations. You will be based at our state-of-the-art Preston site, travelling to the site maybe be required from time to time.

You will also be responsible for the warranty storage, returning parts and managing the completed warranty process.
