Parts Interpreter

As an Experienced Parts Interpreter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of parts orders. You will be responsible for interpreting parts enquiries through various platforms including Phones, Email & crash repair portals such as PartsCheck & Repair Connection. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise various parts catalogue systems and software to provide crash & mechanical customers with parts identification, pricing and supply in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Process orders & quotations in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter within the automotive industry
• Excellent knowledge of parts catalogues and computer systems, with experience using Pentana (Era) DMS preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and delivering solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A strong understanding of inventory management and product sourcing.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a team-oriented approach.
• A current NSW Driver Licence.
