About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Executive to support the State General Manager in leading operational excellence across the EVDG/BYD state dealer network. This pivotal role is focused on driving performance through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic project execution. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the State GM to lead senior managers in executing business plans and tracking performance.
• Manage inductions for senior appointments and ensure consistent onboarding practices.
• Facilitate training and development programs to ensure operational excellence.
• Analyse dealership performance across inventory, sales, OEM KPIs, and customer metrics.
• Monitor market share, segment performance, and identify growth opportunities.
• Engage in on-the-job learning and leadership development programs.
• Lead state-wide projects incorporating best practices and innovation.
• Manage project budgets and develop business cases to support strategic decisions.
• Support new site development and continuous improvement initiatives.
