About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Executive to support the State General Manager in leading operational excellence across the EVDG/BYD state dealer network. This pivotal role is focused on driving performance through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic project execution. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the State GM to lead senior managers in executing business plans and tracking performance.
- Manage inductions for senior appointments and ensure consistent onboarding practices.
- Facilitate training and development programs to ensure operational excellence.
- Analyse dealership performance across inventory, sales, OEM KPIs, and customer metrics.
- Monitor market share, segment performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Engage in on-the-job learning and leadership development programs.
- Lead state-wide projects incorporating best practices and innovation.
- Manage project budgets and develop business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Support new site development and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Proven leadership experience in a sales or operational role, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
