We are looking for a full-time team member to join the BYD Liverpool Experience Centre.

This position is a five day working week, including weekends.

BYD has been the most exciting new manufacturer in the Automotive industry for decades.

Now the world's largest New Energy Vehicle producer, with 4 fully electric models; BYD Dolphin, BYD Atto3, BYD Seal and the all new BYD Sealion 7! Along with Introducing the thrilling new Plug-in Hybrid BYD Sealion6 and BYD Shark6 now available in Australia.

Stay tuned for several new models launching in 2025 & 2026 as BYD has ambitious plans for the Australian market. Working exclusively with BYD new energy vehicles, we are looking for individuals who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer experience for this exciting new brand in Australia.

Experience in the automotive industry or a similar position is not a prerequisite, although customer service is.

A BYD Product Genius will assist & introduce our customers to the exciting BYD product, working alongside a highly supportive team. You will be trained & educated to know all the specifics of the vehicles, from battery capabilities to performance features.

Who we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Team-orientated mindset
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Ability to use tablet technology and capture customer data
• A natural passion for guiding and assisting customers
• Have a valid driver's license

What you’ll do:

• Introduce customers to BYD’s cutting-edge EV lineup and industry-leading technology and conduct test drives
• Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
• Stay up-to-date on EV trends and become a true BYD genius
• Support digital sales initiatives, promotions and events
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities including cold calling and lead follow-ups
