We are looking for a motivated and professional Accounts Clerk to join our Finance & Accounting team at our Corporate Head Office in Southwest Sydney

.

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the banking and accounting functions of the business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Processing bank statements
  • Payment allocations and reconciliations
  • Preparation of daily banking
  • Assisting with month‑end processes
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance team

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • The ability to work autonomously when required
  • A current driver’s licence and own transport

 

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
