We currently have a vacancy for a driven and professional Accountant to join the finance and accounting team at our Corporate Head Office in Southwest Sydney.
As the successful candidate for this position, you will possess:
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and be result and task driven
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to provide key management information to all business stakeholders
• A bachelor degree in accounting with a minimum of two years’ experience
• A CA or CPA qualification or studying towards one
What you will be responsible for:
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Preparation of monthly reporting to franchise partners
• Lodgement of monthly BAS
• Completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Completion of CNP (Core Non-Negotiable Procedures) files and related tasks
• Maintenance of fixed asset register and depreciation schedule
• Reviewing receivables and ensure collections in a timely manner
• Assisting in budget preparation
• Assisting financial controller to achieve business financial reporting objectives
• Working closely with dealership management team to fulfil financial and operational requirements
