Warranty Administrator

Preston Toyota are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warranty Administrator to join our dealership team in a full-time position. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role plays an important part in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer requirements.

Working closely with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturer representatives, you will support the smooth processing of warranty claims while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with required procedures. What you will be doing:

• Process warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes
• Review repair orders and supporting documentation for compliance
• Liaise with technicians and service advisors to obtain required claim information
• Submit and reconcile warranty payments and credits
• Monitor outstanding claims and follow up where required
• Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation
• Assist with manufacturer warranty audits and reporting requirements

What you need:

• Previous experience in dealership administration or a warranty role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data
• Understanding of dealership or service department operations
• Confident computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
